She enjoys working on a multidisciplinary team to care for hospitalized pediatric patients in a comprehensive manner whether they are acutely ill or have complex chronic medical needs.Professional BackgroundDr. Fallon graduated from Princeton University and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai prior to completing pediatric residency training at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She worked previously at New York Medical College as a pediatric hospitalist prior to joining the faculty at the University of Rochester in the Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine in 2019. She is a member of the URMC Clinical Informatics team, serving as a URMC Director of Informatics as well as Chief Medical Information Officer for Golisano Children's Hospital. She also serves as Director of Clinical Operations for Pediatric Hospital Medicine.ResearchDr. Fallon is broadly interested in clinical informatics and quality improvement, particularly how to best optimize the electronic health record to drive improvement efforts that improve patient care and also user experience.
