PA and Dr addressed our concerns and genuinely answered all my questions. I am neurodivergent and often need to ask questions to understand, sometimes people take this personally as they feel I am questioning them when truly I am just trying to understand. My concerns were validated and I left feeling good about the plan.

Ease of scheduling makes a good recommendation when dealing with orthopedic injuries. We dealt with Justine, PA. I am in healthcare so I understood her brevity and quick answers. My husband took my child to one of the follow up appointments and was shocked that she was so quick during her appointment. As he stated "this is my child with an injury that puts him out of his sport for 8 weeks... Would have thought there would be some compassion during the visit."
