Dr. Gabrielsen’s clinical focus is male reproductive health—male infertility, fertility preservation, vasectomy/vasectomy reversal, erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, male sexual dysfunction, low testosterone. Dr. Gabrielsen’s clinical focus is male reproductive health—male infertility, fertility preservation, vasectomy/vasectomy reversal, erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, male sexual dysfunction, low testosterone. He is fellowship trained in microsurgery and performs vasectomy reversal, testicular/epididymal sperm extraction, micro TESE and varicocele repair for the treatment of male infertility, and performs microsurgical spermatic cord denervation for chronic testicular pain. He also offers medical and surgical treatment options for erectile dysfunction and Peyronie's disease. He works closely with the Reproductive Endocrinologists at the UR Medicine Strong Fertility Center to evaluate and treat male factor infertility in couples pursuing assisted reproductive techniques. As a research scientist, he seeks to understand the mechanisms underlying infertility and hypogonadism in order to develop novel diagnostic and treatment options for his patients.

Dr. Gabrielsen received his Medical Doctorate and PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah, in 2011. He completed residency at the Harvard Urologic Surgery Residency Program at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, in 2017. He completed a two-year fellowship in Male Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, in 2019.
