Research

My overall collaborative research interest is on using computational modeling and system biology-based approaches to gain insight into the principles of cellular functions, and develop improved diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for disease pathologies with a main focus on the molecular pathology of cancer. Currently active research projects are described below.
