I was prescribed a narcotic and had questions about dosage and concerns. My questions were answered and my mind was put at ease right away. I also had a lot of swelling in my knees and legs and had questions that were answered thoroughly.

I really appreciate how no provider at this location has badgered me about my weight. I'm a big overweight, and I've been shamed by doctors in the past. Julia Carson and Karai Balaji have never made me feel ashamed of my weight, which I really appreciate more than words can say.

P.A. Julia was very helpful in getting me on the road to recovery. She listened with empathy and was diligent to work with me in getting me better. The in office treatment (aibuteral (sp???) ??? ) was very helpful, and the prescriptions that she wrote for me were key to helping me feel better :)

I didn't get a sense of a diagnosis and wondered if my symptoms were being treated without an understanding of the reason for the overall treatment. I didn't ask as I wasn't feeling well but should have. I know she would have explained more. Part of the onus is on me.

Ms. Carson can better prepare for appointments. She doesn't seem to read the check-in information or review records prior to meeting. She is, however, bright and personable; these attributes outweigh the weaknesses.

Julia is absolutely AMAZING. She has been part of the health care team for years. When she sees me, she is genuinely happy to see me. If there Is a concern, she will help ease my mind. She makes me feel comfortable prior to any appointment. She never appears rushed when she is getting me ready to see a provider. She is a true asset to the office.

This was my second visit with Julia. [...] What a true pleasure it was to meet her and present what my needs were for that appointment. She HEARD me. She listened to all of what I was saying, not just bits and pieces. I was able to leave there with a treatment plan. It was one that I knew that would better my life.
