I believe this survey is for my visit at Flaum for my eye exam. If so, Dr Brossard was extraordinary. I have been being sent from doctor to doctor to doctor as they try to figure out my diagnosis of Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension and relating symptoms. Dr Brossard was the first of 5 doctors to finally think of my body systemically - rather than merely in regard to her area of specialty, so she answered questions well and connected dots so that I have a better understanding. She was patient, helpful and supportive. I would highly recommend Dr Brossard.

Wonderful experience! My entire appointment. The Dr was lead to believe **due to my huge error! That I had a horrible medical issue. While I was the one who used the wrong word' for my diagnosis. I am terribly embarrassed by my error. And thank her for her kindness. I really had no idea I was using the wrong term.

Dr. Brossard was warm, caring and very easy to talk with. There was an emergency that afternoon and she was running late. I was kept informed the entire time of the situation and when she arrived to see me expressed profusely how sorry she was that she was late. I never felt rushed or that I didn't have her attention. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Doctor didn't listen to me and seemed to have a conclusion of her own wiring minutes of meeting me,,after reading her visit notes, I see so many discrepancies and opposites of what I said,,,I feel she couldn't fit me into some diagnosis she had in mind so I'm left with a serious issue which was downplayed, I cried all afternoon so, I can't recommend that type of treatment
