Dr. Caruso is a board-certified, residency-trained optometrist. He is experienced in providing comprehensive eye care to patients with an emphasis in ocular disease, urgent care, diagnostic imaging, contact lens and co-management with ophthalmology subspecialists. Dr. Caruso is a board-certified, residency-trained optometrist. He is experienced in providing comprehensive eye care to patients with an emphasis in ocular disease, urgent care, diagnostic imaging, contact lens and co-management with ophthalmology subspecialists. He has more than 10 years of experience working in private practice and academia, including three years as an attending optometrist at the New England College of Optometry. He enjoys seeing a range of patients from school aged children to seniors.

Dr. Caruso is a native of Upstate New York and received his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from SUNY Buffalo. He received his optometry training at the New England College of Optometry and performed a residency in optometry at the VA Boston Healthcare System. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and is NEBO board-certified. Services routinely performed by Dr. Caruso include:
