The program provides an opportunity for pharmacists with passion and desire to develop leadership and management skills through a non-traditional curriculum including experiential training, formal education and direct experience in a management position. The experience is designed to produce an accomplished manager prepared to develop and lead pharmacy teams, and continue on a path of intellectual curiosity and skill development.
