eRecord is the name of UR Medicine's integrated electronic health record (EHR). The system, powered by Epic, brings all patient information together in one location including lab results and images; ED, inpatient and ambulatory notes; medication lists; immunizations; allergies and problem lists.

Access to eRecord for community providers with URMC privileges that needs to document in eRecord
We welcome the opportunity to provide confidential and secure access to UR Medicine's patients' charts through eRecord. To get the process started, you must first contact a Regional ePartner Support team member by calling our URMC help desk at (585) 275-3200, and ask to have a ticket sent to our Regional ePartner Support team to assist you in the set-up process.
