MR: A New Metabolomics Resource at URMC

The Metabolomics Resource is an up-and-coming resource for researchers in the Upstate New York region that enables small molecule identification and quantification in biological samples of interest. The Metabolomics Resource houses an Orbitrap Exploris 240 mass spectrometer, as well as dedicated staff for consultation and the analysis of biological samples.

The mission of the Metabolomics Resource is to support innovative metabolsm-related research by providing the technological infrastructure and expertise required to comprehensively assess the complex metabolic landscape of biological samples.
