Del Monte Hotel Group
The classroom is located at the elegant Rochester Airport Marriott, where the interns receive employment training preparation. Participants complete their internship rotations at four different Del Monte hotel locations including Del Monte Lodge, Courtyard Brighton, Hilton Garden Inn at College Town, and the Rochester Airport Marriott Hotel. The on-site team consists of an instructor and two employment specialists who deliver the educational and employment training to the interns. Project SEARCH® prepares participants for competitive, integrated employment.

A Typical Day
The program is run Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Interns begin their day at the Rochester Airport Marriott. After a job readiness session in the training room, interns either stay at the Rochester Airport Marriott, or travel to one of three other Del Monte hotels to participate in their internship. Interns take a half hour lunch with their co-workers at the hotel and finish their training at 2:00 p.m. At this time, the interns gather at their internship sites to debrief with Adult Project SEARCH® staff or review curriculum before departing at 2:30 p.m.
