MicroIsolator Technology (MIT) Training

UCAR and DCM have developed an online training course for MicroIsolator Technology (MIT) in the MyPath. MicroIsolator Certification includes the successful completion of the MIT course and "hands-on" training. Once you have completed the online MIT course, you will be notified when “hands-on” training is available.
MIT training and certification are required for all personnel entering animal rooms that use microisolator technology husbandry strategy.

Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Euthanasia

UCAR has developed an online training course for carbon dioxide (CO2) euthanasia in the MyPath. It is mandatory that all individuals who perform euthanasia using CO2 must review the online euthanasia course and pass the quiz. If you are listed on a protocol that states that you will euthanize animals with CO2, you must successfully complete the CO2 online training
