What is Knee Pain?

Knee pain can be very limiting, especially for active people. In older people, the cause is often arthritis, but knee pain is also common in younger patients. This type of knee pain is also called patellofemoral pain, anterior knee pain, runner's knee, or jumper's knee. It affects women more often than men.
