Fee Key:

Administrative/IT Fee: An annual fee charged to cover administrative and technology costs associated with the educational and residency programs in the Eastman Institute for Oral Health. 

Health Professions Fee:  An annual fee charged to health professions students in the Eastman Institute for Oral Health, the School of Medicine and Dentistry and the School of Nursing to cover care for infectious disease exposure care, including blood borne pathogen exposure care. 

ISO Fee: An annual fee charged to international students (F1 and J1) for support services related to issuing visa documents, advising on relevant immigration matters, and meeting US reporting requirements.

Mandatory Health Coverage: An annual fee charged to all full-time students.  The fee covers primary care visits to the University Health Service (UHS), services provided by the University Counseling Center (UCC), and programs and services provided by the UHS Health Promotion Office.

Program Fee:   Annual and one-time fees charged to cover the cost of supplied and materials associated with the educational and residency programs in the Eastman Institute for Oral Health.
