How to Apply

Program Requirements

The Eastman Institute for Oral Health encourages applications from both domestic and foreign applicants.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Academic Record: Strong academic history indicating potential for success in the program.
  • Dental Degree: A DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited institution. International applicants must provide an evaluation from World Education Services (WES) to verify the equivalency of their dental education.
  • Master of Public Health (MPH): An MPH degree from a school in the U.S. or Canada accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH) is required for the 1-Year Full-Time and 2-Year Part-Time programs.

How to Apply

The application process is managed through the ADEA Postdoctoral Application Support Service (PASS), a fully web-based platform.

Please see the Eligibility and Admissions Requirements page for details about what must be included in your application. This includes a non-refundable $195 application fee payable to the Eastman Institute for Oral Health (separate from the PASS application fee).

Application Deadline 

The application deadline is January 1.
