There's fascinating pathology, a great case mix and volume (and we get to see every interesting case in the hospital!), an incredible teaching faculty, smart coresidents who are also great people, and amazing work-life balance even as a resident.

Coming from a software engineering background, I love how this radiology residency, and the field in general, combines tech, pattern recognition and real-time problem-solving. It's like solving puzzles every day, but with a direct impact on patient care.
