Medical Education Technology Integration
Collaboration between faculty, Information Technology, teaching and learning staff, and medical students allows for the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry to craft a curriculum rich with purposeful digital experiences to train the next generation of physicians. Since 2012, the School of Medicine and Dentistry has provided an iPad to each incoming medical student to facilitate innovative teaching and learning. This initiative fosters exploration of new applications and integrations that advance the School’s mission of humanistic clinical excellence.
