Open Faculty Positions
The Department of Environmental Medicine is recruiting in the tenure track. We are looking for Assistant and Associate Professors who have a passion for biomedical research focusing on how the environment shapes health and influences disease. Applicants interested in studying fundamental mechanisms of toxicity, developmental origins of health and disease, epigenetics, stem and progenitor cells are particularly encouraged to apply. It is anticipated that faculty hires will be members of the EHSC. The Department of Environmental Medicine has a strong tradition of excellence in research and education in a highly collaborative environment. The Department is home to an outstanding interdepartmental Environmental Health Sciences Center and Toxicology Training Program, as well as two clinical programs in in Occupational Medicine (which includes the Finger Lakes Occupational Health Services clinic), a Center for Inhalation and Flavoring Toxicology Research, and the Life Sciences Learning Center.
