GEPA Student Testing Accommodations

Room Reservation Request Form

This form is to be used for reserving testing locations for GEPA Students ONLY.

All other, non-testing, room reservations must submit a standard MRB & SRB Room and Service Request Form.

Important Details:

• Please have the student/proctor check-in at the CEL Main Office, as the door to the testing room will need to be unlocked.
• If testing is early morning or late evening pick up a key the day prior to/of the exam date.
