Graduate Students

Identifying and explaining neural signals that reflect speech and language processing in the brain

Investigating the neural substrates of multisensory integration in speech perception

Studying predictive processing in schizophrenia using EEG and naturalistic language paradigms

Computational and experimental investigations of speech perception, predictive processing, and neural oscillations

I study the neural mechanisms of speech processing using EEG, with a focus on how the brain encodes and integrates acoustic and linguistic information. My work combines signal processing, computational modeling, and experimental paradigms to better understand the dynamics of speech perception and production. I am particularly interested in how oscillatory activity supports speech communication, and in developing methods to analyze complex neural data
