Uncover how RNA-based regulatory systems, including long non-coding (lnc)RNA–micropeptide systems, shape sensory processing and behavior. Using the Drosophila olfactory system as a model, my lab integrates genetics, molecular biology, electrophysiology, and behavior to dissect how internal states, such as hunger, modulate sensory function at the periphery.
