Overview
Flaum Eye Institute (FEI) provides full-service ophthalmic care through its Finger Lakes Eye Center located in Geneva, NY. Formerly known as the practice of Hal Ross, MD, PLC, FEI Finger Lakes has expanded the level of comprehensive and routine eye care available to the region.
FEI Finger Lakes Center is staffed by expert clinicians who are faculty of the University of Rochester and have unparalleled experience in diagnosing the most difficult to treat eye conditions as well as quickly handling the most routine problems.
