Contact
Hours
Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.−4:30 p.m.
Overview
We provide mental health, legal, and social services—in the same place, at the same time—to individuals who are 18 years of age and older to help ensure safety and well-being. At the University of Rochester Medical Center, the HEAL Collective partners with social services and legal entities in the Rochester community. If you are experiencing issues related to interpersonal violence or trauma, you don't have to feel alone.
Services
We offer support for everyone who experiences violence and trauma, including men and members of the LGBTQIA community. Our services include:
- Onsite and local resources—connecting you to the services you need
- Court advocacy—including obtaining a court order of protection and filing police reports
- Personalized counseling—focusing on trauma
- Safety planning—personalized to your needs and situation
