Overview

The Division of Pediatric Genetics at Golisano Children’s Hospital provides expert care for children and families affected by genetic and metabolic conditions. Our specialists work closely with other pediatric experts to support accurate diagnosis, testing, and long-term management of inherited disorders. We’re here to help families understand their child’s condition and navigate care with confidence.

Services

Our Pediatrics Genetics staff welcomes opportunities to assist patients, families, local physicians, and other health professionals with genetic issues. We invite referrals of newborns, children, and adults, generally offering genetic counseling (education sessions) to teach families and patients about their disorders. Our faculty and staff work closely with the Pediatric Cleft and Craniofacial CenterMedical Genetics, Cardiogenetics, Cancer Genetics and the Cystic Fibrosis Center.

In addition to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment, the Division of Pediatric Genetics offers a variety of clinical and support services.
