We understand that traumatic brain injury is a devastating and complicated condition with wide variations in both severity and types of trauma to the brain. At the URMC Traumatic Brain Injury program and URMC Concussion Program, we have assembled a multidisciplinary and highly collaborative team to address the full spectrum of traumatic brain injuries including sports related concussions (mild TBI). Our goal is to save lives, maximize functional recovery, minimize disability and help patients realize their full potential in spite of these devastating injuries.
