Noyes Health Congratulates Dale Sells!

Wednesday, May 21, 2014

Dale has built robust Caregiver Programs over the past four plus years, demonstrating just one of her many lifetime accomplishments. She was the first woman to graduate from Monroe Community College with a degree in Police Science. She has served on the board of Directors for Big Brothers/Big Sisters where she initiated a volunteer tutor program for at-risk youth. She is a volunteer for Alzheimer's Advocacy and has facilitated multiple Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Groups, as well as coordinate the annual Alzheimer's fundraiser walk in Geneseo. She also helped create the Geneseo Doggie Park and volunteers for the Military k-9's fundraisers.

The Livingston County News quoted State Senator Gallivan as saying, "Dale gives so much of her time, energy and support to our community. Her love for seniors, children and animals is on display every day and she is truly an inspiration to all."

Patty Piper, Noyes Community Outreach Services Director, shared that, " Dale's caring attitude, can-do attitude, and never-ending ability to reach out to help others in their time of need exemplifies how special she is to all who meet her! We cannot think of a more deserving person for this prestigious NYS award!"
