Heather Florescue, M.D., FACOG graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude from the University of Rochester in 2000. She graduated from the University of Rochester Medical School in 2004 and completed a residency there as well in 2008, during which time she won several awards for patient care, including being elected to the Gold Humanism Honor Society for the compassion she showed towards patients. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and became board-certified in January of 2010. On a personal note, Heather is the very proud mother of school-age triplets Jack, Kate, and Ryan, who provide her with great joy and balance in her life.

I can't say enough about Heather! She is an absolute sweetheart! I couldn't ask for a better gynecologist/surgeon! Always warm and caring, bright and informative. She's an excellent listener and puts me at ease every time. She's a blessing to me! I have to mention my anesthesiologist. He was so great! He explained the intubation process and when I expressed concern about waking up with something that had to be removed from my throat/mouth while I was awake, he said he would see what he could do. I woke up with nothing in my mouth and I was so happy! Thank you!
