Our family-centered maternity services offered at URochester Medicine hospitals are dedicated to providing you with the best possible birthing experience. We also partner with our colleagues to help women with depression, heart disease, osteoporosis, breast disease, and dermatologic conditions. We look at the whole patient to ensure that all your needs are addressed.
Whenever possible, we offer minimally invasive approaches. If you require surgery, our experts use both conventional laparoscopy and robotic assistance.

Preemie fights through bleak diagnosis, multiple surgeries
Upon delivery, Ben wasn’t breathing or showing any signs of movement. After 147 days in the NICU, Ben went home. Ben has since blossomed into a happy toddler, and is on pace with where his development would be, had he been delivered at full term.
