About Me

Dr. Ostrovsky attended the University of Illinois at Chicago. He received his MD from Rush Medical College in Chicago. He subsequently completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Washington University in St Louis at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. After 4 years of community practice, he returned to Was...
Dr. Ostrovsky attended the University of Illinois at Chicago. He received his MD from Rush Medical College in Chicago. He subsequently completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Washington University in St Louis at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. After 4 years of community practice, he returned to Washington University in St Louis to complete a Fellowship in Emergency Medical Services/PreHospital Medicine. He is currently a Senior Instructor of Emergency Medicine in the Emergency Medicine Department at the University of Rochester and serves in the Division of PreHospital Medicine as the Director of the Resident EMS Rotation as well as Medical Director for a number of community paramedicine agencies.
