Formulate a plan for patients care throughout their stay in the Emergency Observation Unit, order appropriate labs, imaging studies and contact appropriate consult services to best treat each patient.
I started working in URMC Urgent Care in 2018 - present. As a physician assistant in urgent care I complete a medical history and physical exam on each patient, I then formulate a differential diagnosis and treatment plan for the patient.

Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner (Adult and Pediatric) - 11/2018 - present
As a SAFE-A/P I am responsible for taking monthly call, when on call I am available to present to the hospital if a sexual assault survivors presents. I am responsible for meeting with the survivor, review legal consent forms, interview patient regarding their assault, complete a SAFE kit and complete a DFSA kit if warranted.

University of Rochester Medical Center Director of Sexual Assault Forensic Team (March 2020 - present)
In this position I am responsible to hire, orient and train next SAFE providers. I am also responsible for completing the monthly SAFE schedule and navigate any issues that may arise regarding staffing issues. I am available to ED and hospital staff with any questions that may arise regarding sexual assault patients. I am also responsible to attending monthly SMH ED Q/A meetings, quarterly Rochester SART meeting, bi-monthly NYS SART meetings and also completing NYS Hospital Quarterly reports. I am responsible to keeping up to date with new legislation and adjusting practices accordingly.


Workfit Medical - Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care office - 9/21/2025 - 11/11/2016
As a physician assistant in this clinic my responsibility is to see work injuries when they initially occur and then follow the patient throughout their healing process. I must order appropriate testing, refer patients to appropriate providers to help expedite the healing process such as physical therapy, pain management and orthopedics. This clinic is also an Urgent Care, therefore it is the providers responsibility to order appropriate testing to come to a diagnosis for these patients and be able to treat these patients appropriately.


Borg and Ide imaging - Interventional Radiology Physician Assistant in outpatient office setting 10/17/2016 -6/2018
Physician Assistant responsibilities at Borg and Ide imaging include performance of interventional radiology procedures which include: myelograms, lumbar puncture, paracentesis, thoracentesis, SI joint injection, lumbar facet, transforaminal and nerve root injections, joint arthrogram's and steroid injections, with the use of ultrasound, CT and fluoroscopy guidance. Prior to performing the procedures all patients are consented and after the procedures patients are evaluated.
