The doctor seen us by far the worst doctor we have ever seen. She is rude, inconsiderate, doesn't listen, and makes off the wall comments. I refuse to ever let me children be subjected to her again. She was also horrible to the staff.

When brought some concerns that other specialty drs had concerns for me to bring up to my pcp. She kinda rolled her eyes. [...] I didn't even go over other issues that I have been having. Unfortunately I'm not a frequent flyer at the drs or ED I procrastinate which is bad on my part but made a list for my self and I don't think she liked that. I was so upset when I was there. Things that were written on my chart , visit summary were incorrect [...]. For this being a 6month visit. Never does anyone go over my depression meds or ask how that is. Or my Gerd/GI situation. Which is really bad. Then on my my chart no where is stated that I got a tetanus/whooping vaccine that's really not good. And unprofessional in the medical field. And how did she even know I needed one I'm questioning that. I will look into that just for myself. [...]

I thought my first experience with her, as unpleasant as it was, was just an anomaly. Nope, she's awful.

Katherine Exter came into the room, not friendly at all. Asked why we were there. My daughter was nervous, we were there for anxiety, depression and mood swings. I answered for her. Katherine told me she was there for her not me and that my child needs to answer. We explained what's been happening briefly. [...] We were in the room with Katherine for no longer than 5 min. We will not be back.

While trying to explain my symptoms, how I felt was disregarded. I've worked with this provider before and liked her. After this last visit I've lost confidence. I'm 54 years old. I know my body my mind and my health. If I'm ever that sick again I will go straight to the emergency room. I'm still upset today how I was disregard last week.

Katherine was dismissive with what I came in to talk to her about. [...] The only reason I went in was to get a referral to orthopedics, which she gave me, but then proceeded to tell me they wouldn't do anything about the issue I came in for. When making conversation, Katherine also was dismissive on my place of employment and said she would never recommend my place of employment to anyone. [...] Honestly, after this past visit with Katherine, I have looked into other primary care providers.
