I was ambivalent about my previous urology provider. I love my current one. She doesn't downplay what I'm feeling and really works to include my input in what's happening.

It was very evident NP Jamie Allen had no idea why I was there to see her. She initially asked me if I was there because I was in pain. No, I said I was there for a surgical follow-up. She then opened my records and read the Dr's surgical summary and report.

The provider needs to be much more aware of the patient's charts records and understand what needs to be done.
