Dr. Pruett really listens. Every time I see her, I feel heard, validated and supported. Together we create a plan for my health concerns and she always has excellent insights and knowledge to share. Dr. Pruett is helping me address health concerns that my prior Dr., told me to not worry about. Some of what has happened over the course of the last few years, Dr. Pruett is helping me find treatment and care for. I really appreciate her help. I would rate her as Excellent If I could. I was.ready to look for another provider, due to how my health has suffered from the previous PC, but hopefully this care team can help.

She was so nice! She took so much time with me. It was my first appointment with her and I had so much we needed to talk about (I'm a chronic illness patient) and at no point did I feel rushed or unheard and she even had me schedule another appointment soon so she can have time to really look into my issues!

I didn't feel that I left with any more information than I came in with. When I followed up on one issue, I was told "You should wait more and then go to the doctor about that." But I already had done both, and it wasn't clear how to escalate the problem or what the next step would be.

To reiterate-Dawn Pruett is the best doctor I've ever had, in any healthcare context. She is so positive, helpful, and genuinely interested in my health. I feel like she understand me, explains and adapts strategies for managing my health, and is "in my corner" as I try to get healthier.
