I have seen him three times and each time he doesn't seem to hear what I am saying. Very non-responsive face. It feels like there isn't adequate communication. Frustrating and I will probably look for another physician.When I said I didn't continue the medication because it hurt, he seemed like I was the one not doing the work.

This was the best most comprehensive first visit I've ever had with a practitioner of this type. I immediately felt rapport and understanding. It was very clear that the practitioners involved in my visit took the time to read my records. They asked me questions and really listened to my answers. I had an advocate attend the visit in my behalf fem Lifespan, and she was included in every aspect of the conversation. I was treated with respect and as a whole person.

I have almost never felt better about a Doc. Very funny but will be serious in important situations. I felt safe, cared for and experienced individualized care to help me. He worked to make sure I understood everything that was happening and was well educated on any medicines or procedures being completed.

I have to admit I usually don't like doctors and medical appointments, but I feel very differently about Dr. Finneran and his staff because they treat me so well and we have real rapport. I feel that they treat me more as a person rather than a "case." I don't pick up on any of the judgemental attitude that I have found In many medical people in the past.

As mentioned earlier, I will recommend this office to others in a very positive light. I came in afraid, among other things, that I might be facing surgery soon. I left confident that, given my proper use of specific recommended exercises and a prescribed medication, could avoid surgery.
