Dr. Krech provides primary eye care to a wide range of patients, from children to seniors. As part of the Flaum Eye Institute optometry team, she is responsible for routine and medical eye screenings. She is also experienced in diagnosing and managing complex medical conditions related to eye care. This includes co-management with Flaum Eye Institute's ophthalmology specialists for conditions like cataracts, glaucoma, diabetes and macular degeneration. She has also worked with patients who have ocular and visual complications of traumatic brain injury.

Dr. Krech is a member of both the American and New York State Optometric Associations.
