Dr. Nazareth is passionate about individualized patient-centered care with a collaborative approach that takes a vested interest in optimal patient outcomes. She finds it extremely rewarding to get to know her patients and care for their chronic medical conditions over time.

Special Interests
Dr. Nazareth has special interest in preventative health, medical outreach, hypertension, diabetes management, management of chronic medical conditions and perioperative medicine.

Dr. Nazareth enjoys cooking various cultural cuisines and sharing them with family and friends. She also likes reading and traveling.
