Philosophy
My philosophy of care is rooted in providing compassionate, whole-person support, actively engaging each patient’s unique perspective to work together toward health outcomes. I’m committed to practicing in the City of Rochester and dedicated to ensuring all individuals receive excellent care with genuine kindness and respect. Through active listening and patient support, I strive to ensure every patient feels genuinely heard and understood.

Special Interests
I aim to provide thoughtful patient education that is accessible and tailored to the individual. I love to integrate practical nutrition and lifestyle medicine, partnering with patients to develop sustainable strategies for overall well-being.

Personal Interests
I breathe deeper when I’m among trees and water – my family has loved exploring Monroe County Parks, especially Highland, Hamlin Beach, Durand Eastman, as well as the Adirondacks, and Finger Lakes country. Back in undergrad days at UR, I received a Take 5 scholarship to spend an extra year studying music, which I’ve found has always been a great way to connect with others, either playing piano or singing in groups.
