I like this doctor overall and she has a pleasant manner while being informative. I would like to point out something that concerned me though- she seemed under the impression that my pain levels are under better control than I would say. When I corrected her, I was disappointed to see that this correction was not reflected in the visit notes that I viewed in MyChart after the appointment. She also didn't ask how many headache days I had per month (generally speaking) and so my concern is that the notes paint a more optimistic picture of my pain levels than what I truly experience. While overall my pain levels are under decent control, migraine and headaches is still very debilitating. I never expect a health care provider to "fix" me or completely take away the pain. However, listening to the patient, and updating the chart to reflect what I have said is really invaluable in terms of building a quality patient- physician relationship.

My provider studied my history and test results before my appointment. I felt she knew me well and was well prepared. This was my first experience with her. I will reach out to her if necessary in the future
