The person I saw had her mind made up about me before she stepped in the room. Before saying anything else she'd already decided to refer me to rheumatology, which is fine since I already have an appointment scheduled with them. But it's the fact that she hadn't even spoken to me yet. I didn't feel like she listened to my concerns that I had that day. [...] By the time she was leaving the room I was relieved and also frustrated and disappointed. I won't ever see her again.

Provider seemed to be rushed and to cut me off when I was responding to her initial questions on how I was doing which uoset me. I just responding with yes/no for the remaining questions. At the end she indicated I was late for my appointment. Wish someone had indicated so previously.

Did not completely listen to history. Quick to make assumptions. Difficult to understand next steps. Impatient with questions. Unclear what was coming next. Needed to asked several times and she said nothing would be in the after visit summary that we should take notes. My mom is [...] old. If I wasn't there to advocate the visit would have been awful for her. [...]

[...] I have absolutely no respect for her what so ever. She couldn't take the time to allow me to express any of my problems or concerns. She just expected me just to answer her questions without looking at updated test results. [...] It made me feel that the exam was not worthwhile. [...] I felt like I was being challenged. Dr Chambers gets high marks. We discussed problem and options. She went over the MRI with me in great detail. Dr Chambers is very good at building trust. Being another medical professional and having gone through a similar episode in the past I have a bit of background and felt very comfortable with Dr. Chambers.

The provider was awful. Terrible bedside manner, did not listen to my daughter's concerns at all. Even when asked a question the answers didn't matter she interrupted multiple times and barely let my daughter even answer. Left very upset and felt nothing was accomplished during the appointment. It was a total waste of time.

The after visit summary was not accurate. I stated during my visit my lower back gets numb and I have sharp pains in my butt. The opposite was on the after visit summary. I think the after visit summary did not list all the body parts [...]. I can't stand without assistance from a low position. Which means a co worker is going to have to help me from the toilet daily. All of this is going to cause me to lose my job eventually. [...] I would not recommend anyone in their right mind come here for help with their back.

One of the worse doctors I ever seeing. She never demonstrated any attention or even listen what I was saying. Just want to tap in the computer and nothing else. Terrible

The doctor I saw did not give me time or space to share what I have been through nor what I've been doing to care for my health issue. She wasn't able to guide me well in decision making for a care plan. She was very gruff and cold in her approach until I explained to her that I was struggling. When I explained that I'm having a hard time due to all the medications I'm taking, she softened some. I did not feel heard. She seemed in a rush. I didn't get the care I hoped for [...]. This was frustrating. After the doctor came in the second time and we discussed medication, she left without explaining where I needed to go or the checkout process. The visit was very disorganized. The doctor was not helpful. I had expected and hoped for much better care.

At appointment start the doctor rattled off questions. If I asked a clarifying question a shush' type hand gesture was made with the comment that she has a list of specific questions to go through'. I recall much of the appointment was her asking a question, me replying like I was on trial, and me watching her speak medical speak into a microphone. It felt like I was living a [...] rerun.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a provider. After asking me a question I would begin to answer only to be cutoff with no communication or warning by the provider so she could speak-to-type her note about what I was saying. She interrupted every single sentence I spoke and I wasnt even able to finish a thought. [...] When I was given time to ask questions she would quickly cut me off and answer what she thought I was asking. [...] I left the office in tears and felt so disrespected and sad about the way this provider left me feeling. I will not be returning for care with Dr. Lauren Chambers again.

She wouldn't listen to me. She kept saying ok let me finish then I'll let you ask your questions. I believed I was in the wrong place and that it wasn't what my GP said it would be like but she wouldn't listen when I tried to clarify.

My appointment with Dr. Lauren Chambers was the worst medical interaction I have ever had. She made it very clear from the beginning of the appointment that she didn't want to be treating me. I wanted to ask her If I had done something but someone helped me make the appointment so I felt I should just accept it. She was unprofessional and shutdown any questions I had. I finally quit asking questions and just agreed with what she said. When she asked if I had any final questions, I said that I didn't and she said, "cool". Her exam was so quick and not thorough [...]. [...] I walked away from her appointment feeling completely discouraged, hopeless [...]. This behavior is completely unacceptable.
