About Me
She joined the University of Rochester Specialty Pharmacy in October 2021 to start the Diabetes Program with URMC Endocrinology at Strong and Highland. She currently serves as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist Coordinator within the Specialty Pharmacy and splits her time between diabetes clinical practice and management. She currently serves as an elective preceptor for the PGY1 Community Pharmacy Residency Program and a core preceptor for the PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency Program. She is also a preceptor for APPE students at the St. John Fisher University Wegmans School of Pharmacy.
Lauren's professional interests include diabetes and chronic disease state management, teaching/mentoring, and expanding ambulatory care and specialty pharmacy workflows within URMC.
