Dr. DioGuardi received her Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Biology from Colgate University
and M.D. from the University at Buffalo. She completed Internal Medicine residency at the University of Rochester, with a focus in primary care.

Dr. DioGuardi is committed to providing personalized, collaborative, and evidence-based care, with an emphasis on understanding the values and context of each patient to help them attain their personal health goals.

Special Interests
Dr. DioGuardi’s interests include diabetes care, preventative medicine, behavioral health, and patient education.

Personal Interests
Dr. DioGuardi enjoys reading, running, and exploring the Finger Lakes region (especially new parks and trails with her dog, Tilly).

I was very nervous after my previous PCP moved out of state and having to start with a new provider. Dr. DioGuardi has been wonderful. She has been very supportive, takes time to listen to my concerns. I feel fortunate to have been reassigned to her. I have complex medical issues and she has been very patient with me. She is a great provider! Compassionate, knowledgeable, and very thorough.
