I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from St. John Fisher College and a Master of Science in Nursing Primary Care Family Nurse Practitioner from St. John Fisher University.

Philosophy
As a nurse practitioner, I believe in treating patients as whole beings—body, mind, and spirit—and as active partners in their health journey. I use evidence-based practice to provide high-quality, individualized care that respects each person’s values and needs. Compassion, empathy, and open communication are central to building trust and supporting healing. My goal is to not only treat illness but to promote wellness and empower patients to achieve their best possible health.

Special Interests
My clinical interests include prioritizing women’s health through the entire life span, pediatric care, and population/community health.

Personal Interests
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband, our daughters (when they’re home from college), and our cat and dogs. I also love spending time outdoors gardening, taking a neighborhood walk, and kayaking.
