Dr. Olivia Lu is an excellent physician. [...] I was reluctant to return, but I'm glad I did. She heard my concerns and provided support and comfort. She talked me through the procedure and frequently checked in. And above all she was very professional.

The provider that I saw I will never see again, I thought she was very rude and dismissive and when discussing medical history she became annoyed that I was a diabetic and continued to make statements that I would need to see a high risk provider due to pregnancy which I know I just need that referral then at the end of the appt the provider asked if I wanted to go see the providers at highland instead of the strong providers for delivery

I ended up leaving my appointment without doing a test because the doctor was so rude. She was mean, didn't create a space that was comfortable. She was [...] in a bad mood. I left the appointment in tears [...]. I will never return to this practice.

Dr Olivia Lu was the provider I saw today. I liked her very much. The medical student and [...] were also in the room for the exam and gave great suggestions as the last pelvic exam at my regular provider was very painful. I was so impressed with the care I received and the concern for my comfort and understanding of what was the next step in the exam process.
