Biography

Professional Background

Dr. Spencer is an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine. He received an undergraduate degree in Biology from the Pennsylvania State University and his Doctor of Medicine from the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. Dr. Spencer completed his residency at SUNY Downstate/Kings County Hospital in 2000, and served as Chief Resident from 1999-2000. He has been actively involved in resident education at the University of Rochester throughout his academic career.
