Kriston is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with a strong academic foundation, having earned both her Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Nursing from the University of Rochester. She brings nearly 30 years of extensive experience in obstetrics and gynecology, with a dedicated focus on fertility for over 25 of those years. Her expertise is further solidified by her board certification in Reproductive Health & Infertility.

Kriston is an active and respected leader within the field, serving as a board member for the Nurses Professional Group (NPG) of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). She currently represents the NPG on the SART Advisory Council, demonstrating her commitment to advancing reproductive health care.
