Dr. Duffy graduated from University of Maryland Medical School followed by a medical internship at Boston University and psychiatry residency at St. Elizabeth's and University of Maryland. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings over the years. She is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry with a focus on geriatric mental health care over the past 10 years. Specific interests include adaptation to aging, management of depression and anxiety, and more recently the behavioral self-care that augments traditional medication management.
