Biography

Dr. Lavender believes that every individual deserves access to high quality health care. She sees medicine as a partnership between patients and physicians, and enjoys building honest relationships with individuals and families as they work together toward their desired health goals.

As a Family Medicine physician, Dr. Lavender enjoys caring for individuals at every stage of life. She has a special interest in children's and women's health including long-term contraception.
