Victoria Howard completed a BS in Cell and Developmental Biology at the University of Rochester. She has always had an interest in medicine and decided to pursue this passion by attending Duquesne University's Physician Assistant program in Pittsburgh, PA. She graduated in 2007 with a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Since that time she has worked in several fields across the country including Pain Management, Internal Medicine and as a Hospitalist PA in Pennsylvania, California and Massachusetts. She returned to Rochester, NY and joined the URMC Gastroenterology and Hepatology department in January 2015. She enjoys all facets of Gastroenterology with a special interest in GI motility and endoscopic bariatrics.
She greatly enjoys her career in medicine which allows her to interact with people in many different environments. She feels privileged to be a member of the University of Rochester's prestigious health care network and enjoys working with patient's to investigate the source of their symptoms and provide treatment.
