Professional Background

Dr. Christina Dony was born and raised in Rochester, NY. She received a bachelor's degree in both Biology and Psychology from the University of Rochester and her Medical Degree from Upstate Medical University. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency and her fellowship training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry.

Dr. Dony as a pulmonary critical care doctor attends on critically ill patients in the medical intensive care unit at both Strong Memorial Hospital and Highland Hospital. She also spends time as a pulmonary consultant for inpatients at both institutions. In the outpatient setting she concentrates primarily on the evaluation and diagnosis of lung nodules and masses via advanced bronchoscopy.
