Dr. Mathias cares for patients with general cardiovascular diseases including angina, heart failure and arrhythmias. He is board certified in Internal Medicine. He is a Rochester native and is interested in promoting cardiovascular health awareness in the community. His other interests include medical education, health IT innovation and health delivery system improvement. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.

Professional Background

Dr. Mathias received his MD degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He completed his Internal Medicine and Cardiology training at the University of Rochester Medical Center where he has been on the faculty since 2018.
